Business Development Manager

We are seeking:

An ambitions and energetic Business Development manager to help us expand our clientele and grow the agency.

In this job, you will:

  • Develop effective sales strategy plans focused on client satisfaction and agency growth
  • Conduct research to identify key priorities and client’s needs
  • Promote the agency’s services addressing or predicting client’s objectives
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Lead the management of pitch preparation for new business opportunities
  • Prepare sales proposals and execute sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Maintain a database of business development opportunities and prospect pipeline information
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in order to develop new business opportunities
  • Ensure the timely communication of recent business information to management in a consistent and timely fashion

What makes you a great fit:

  • BA in business administration, sales or relevant field is preferred
  • Experience initiating and securing high profile client wins across a range of sectors
  • To have worked at a branding agency, and to understand the unique requirements of working at a medium sized, independent agency
  • The ability to combine a strategic approach with a can-do attitude
  • Highly effective communication and negation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
  • Public Relations and Branding market knowledge
