Public Relations Senior Account Executive

We are a fast-paced PR, marketing and brand communication agency specializing in lifestyle accounts seeking a self-motivated, intelligent, responsible, organized, quick-thinking new Associate located in Boca Raton, Florida.

We are searching for a full-time Senior PR Account Executive for immediate hire and long-term employment. Senior PR Account Executives are responsible for handling all aspects of planned publicity campaigns and PR activities. A successful Senior PR AE uses a wide range of media to build and sustain a good image for a our fabulous clients through strategic planned publicity campaigns and PR activity.

Qualified candidate must be capable of the following:

  • Creating and executing complex public relations strategies, campaigns and initiatives for a variety of clients with the aim of increasing brand awareness and consistency
  • Creating and maintaining a brand  identity and voice for clients and assuring all initiatives are consistent with it
  • Overseeing execution of social media strategy
  • Identifying and aggressively pitching key media outlets
  • Managing and reporting press placements
  • Identifying media trends, news cycles and spin opportunities
  • Developing unique and news-worthy story angles
  • Creation of clear and compelling press kits, press releases, media alerts and other promotional materials
  • Creating and managing client budgets
  • Liaising between the agency and client
  • Overseeing creation of marketing collateral to assure consistency in brand messaging
  • Establish deep relationships with national brands and media/advertising agencies
  • Obtains client approvals in advance of initiating projects, including identification of target dates and budgets available.
  • Maintains a thorough, sensitive and accurate liaison with the client, so that s/he is able to keep the agency informed of client’s problems and objectives.
  • Develops good relationships with client opposites and internally with agency associates.

Requirements:

  • 4 - 6 years of industry experience - agency experience preferred
  • Bachelor Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or in Public Relations
  • Established relations with local and national business and trade media contacts
  • Proven success in both traditional and interactive PR channels
  • Strong sense of teamwork and ability to manage and execute campaigns
  • Proficiency in basic PR applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Effective organization skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time and Project Management skills

Executive Assistant

We are searching for a full-time Executive Assistant (Right Hand) to C-Level Founder for immediate hire and long-term employment.

We have high standards and are only seeking quality applicants with exceptional time-management skills and creativity suited for our agency and this industry. Applicants with experience working in the industry and/or as an executive assistant to C-level executives are preferred.

Daily duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Time Management of executive’s calendar.
  • Monitor email inbox; determine proper disposition of messages and handle accordingly.
  • Schedule and assist in the preparation of both external as well as internal meetings.
  • Monitor calendar and corresponding deadlines.
  • Ensure consistency in all Agency materials and correspondence.
  • Transcribe/prepare typed meeting agendas and recaps, correspondence and reports.
  • Prepare worksheets, reports, tables and computations; maintain client and vendor databases.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and recaps.
  • Organize, file and maintain all paper AND electronic records and files, often confidential in nature.
